Distant tests conducted through a designated surrogate will incur an additional fee of $10, which will be paid directly to the surrogate. Individuals are welcome to use their own surrogate for a distant test without any additional cost (for instance, a mother getting tested her son).
Non-Patient Urgent NRT Check
(For the person not on a current NRT program but who is having an urgent issue to be addressed via NRT. There will be paperwork to fill out ahead of time.)

Supplements
Nutritional Supplements are extra, based on your individual program. Beginning costs
may be around $350 per month initially, and then the average cost of a nutritional
supplement program will run closer to $150.00 to $300.00 per month. Some cases require more, some less. Each case is different and is managed individually. Please communicate with your practitioner if you need to prioritize or lessen your supplement program. We are happy to work with you and work within your means.
